CANCEL ACCOUNT

Customers may cancel anytime. We require your name, web site address, user name, and password for cancellation. We also appreciate hearing why you are canceling your services, especially if there is something we could have done better. We will email you confirmation of your next billing date, cancel your account on that date and remove you from billing unless a date is specified. No refund will be issued for any unused portion of a month. Your site will be scheduled to be deleted, please be sure to download all of your data as soon as possible.

We will refund prepaid fees for hosting for the full months remaining less an early cancellation fee of $25 and less the domain cost if it was included free. No refund will be sent for any unused portion of a month. Once the site has been deleted, there is no way to retrieve it. We do not provide refunds for registered domain names. We do not provide refund for accounts we terminate. Refunds will be issued to your credit card within 10 business days.
