DOMAIN FORWARDING

Domain Forwarding is free to all customers who have purchased from us. Domain Forwarding enables you to use your domain name to point to a current personal or business Website.

Example 1: bobsfishingstories.com may be setup to forward to http://myinternetprovider.com/~myfreewebpage with the domain locked in the address bar so the viewer of the web page only sees and bookmarks bobsfishingstories.com. We will also setup an email forward so any email sent to bobsfishingstories.com forwards to your isp account email.

Example 2: Company X has two domains, one is the dot net of the dot com and needs it to forward to the dot com. Some prefer this over aliasing as some search engines do not like aliased domains or duplicate sites. So it really depends on your needs. www.superwebhost.net is aliased to www.superwebhost.com

• Domain Forwarding to another web site or area within your web site, this may be a free web site or your business web site depending on your needs. We can lock the domain in the address bar or not, if not it will show the path of the actual forward.

• Email Forwarding is handy for non-hosted domains where we forward your ISP email account to your own personalized email address such as you@yourdomain.com. We set it up so that Email sent to any address in yourdomain.com (ie: sales@yourdomain.com, info@yourdomain.com, etc) will forward to your existing Email address.
