Starting from 12/23/2023, SuperWebHost is conducting an emergency migration of all Shared Hosting and Reseller Hosting customers to new servers. We've implemented advanced cPanel migration tools to ensure a seamless transition with minimal downtime.
Your experience during these migrations should be smoother than ever, thanks to live streaming data transfer, automatic DNS updates, and careful traffic forwarding.
WHY:
This migration was accelerated due to unforeseen circumstances. Over the years, we migrated to a third-party data center-owned platform for efficiency, but recent events prompted us to reassess. We're excited to share that we're moving back to our hardware, offering improved security measures, faster speeds, upgraded CPUs, RAM, and 100% NVMe and SSD-based disks.
Unfortunately, issues at the old data center expedited our plans, impacting a small portion of our customers. The change in ownership and support standards further fueled our decision to prioritize your experience and promptly move to a fully controlled infrastructure.
WHAT CAN YOU DO?:
For the majority, sit back and enjoy the enhanced security and speed benefits! However, if you encounter any issues:
DNS: Reach out for your new IP addresses if you use third-party DNS servers or custom nameservers.
PHP Version: Let us know if your application requires a different PHP version or change it yourself via your cPanel control panel.
